How long will it take for my bag to reach me?
Answer: If you place your order before 4.00 PM we will endevour to ship your bag the same day.For UK Customers we use UPS Standard Delivery which delivers next working day.

For EC Orders we use DPD please allow 2/3 working days for delivery. See our Shipping guide here

Outside of the Eurpean Union Please allow 7 days for delivery. Though we expect your order to arrive quicker than 7 days this is a guideline to allow for customs delay. See our Worldwide Delivery guide here

What If I want to return my bag?    
Answer: As part of the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have placed it. In order to do so please do so in writing to sales@theoxfordbagcompany.co.uk stating your name, address, the item you ordered and when and the order reference number . We will arrange for the item to be collected for the the delivery address. Full details of our Returns Policy can be found here        

What if my bag is faulty?       
Answer: Our bags are individually checked prior to despatch. So faults are rare. If you do have a fault please contact us  by email customerservice@theoxfordbagcompany.co.uk . A full guide to Returns can be found here.        

Can I buy over the phone and pay by card?
